You can apply for a building permit online through our Services portal or visit the Planning & Zoning Department at City Hall. Required documents include architectural plans, proof of ownership, and applicable fees.
Garbage is collected twice a week - Mondays and Thursdays for residential areas. Recycling is collected on Wednesdays. Please place bins at the curb by 7:00 AM on collection days.
Road issues can be reported through our 311 service, online portal, or by calling the Public Works Department at 1800 123 4567. Please provide the exact location and a description of the issue.
Property taxes can be paid online through our Finance portal, by mail, in person at City Hall, or through participating banks. We also offer automatic payment options for your convenience.
City programs can be registered for online through the Parks & Recreation portal, by phone, or in person at the Community Center. Early registration is recommended as spaces fill quickly.
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately. For non-emergency city issues, contact our 311 service or the relevant department. After-hours emergencies should be directed to the on-duty supervisor.
